Cris Beiro, MD


Dr. Beiro, a board eligible orthopaedic surgeon, received his medical degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Newark, NJ, where he also completed his residency. Dr. Beiro completed his fellowship training in sports medicine at Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, MD, and served as assistant team physician to the Baltimore Ravens NFL team, Washington Nationals MLB team, and Baltimore Blast MILS team, as well as local Division I-III colleges. His primary research interests include ligamentous reconstruction of the ACL and posterolateral knee. In addition to general orthopaedics, he specializes in orthopaedic sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, and ankle, fracture care, and total knee replacement.
